Get A Grip Water Sports on-line store accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards through our online store. We also accept PayPal, Inc. You can learn more about PayPal by clicking here. Please note: You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to shop on this Get A Grip Water Sports. If you do not have a PayPal account and do not want to create one, during check out, simply click on "Continue" which is next to the text "Don’t have a PayPal account?

Shipping Policy

  • Get A Grip Water Sports will ship products to anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping time is usually 2 - 5 business days.
  • Special orders (i.e. custom ropes etc...) typically add 2-5 processing days to an order.
  • Products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service.
  • All US destined orders over $100.01 are subject to free shipping.
  • Radar products cannot be shipped outside of the US.
  • Approximate shipping time for international orders is 6 - 10 business days however Get A Grip Water Sports can not be responsible for delays due to Customs processing.
  • Masterline products can be shipped worldwide.
  • Typical order handling time: 1 day or less.

Shipping Costs

Because we ship our products via USPS priority mail, shipping rates are calculated instantly at checkout. Our shipping costs are based on the product weight and the destination zip code.

To give you an idea of typical shipping costs. If you live in Michigan and you buy a pair of "Masterline Pro Lock Gloves" shipping would cost approx $5.50.

Sales Tax

Get A Grip Water Sports charges sales Tax in in the following states: Florida (7%) and Michigan (6%).

Return Policy

If there is a problem with your purchase and it's our fault i.e. faulty product, sent you the wrong size etc... return shipping is on us and we'll cover shipping the new product back to you. However, if you simply want to return a product because you do not want it anymore, you will have to pay for return shipping. Please make sure you include transaction details / order number, your current contact information, and instructions for the return.

  • You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. If your purchase is more than 30 days old, call us and  we'll work something out.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. e.g. we must be able to resell the product.
  • We also suggest that when returning a product back to Get A Grip Water Sports that you get shipping tracking, we cannot offer refunds for products that we do not receive back.

Refunds

Scenario 1: You want to return the product because you do not want it anymore. In this scenario, you will be refunded the full price of the product minus any shipping costs calculated at the time of sale.

Scenario 2: You want to return the product because we sent you a faulty/damaged product. In this scenario, you will be refunded the full price of the product plus any shipping costs calculated at the time of sale.

International Shopper Policy

Get A Grip Water Sports welcomes our international skiers to shop at our web store. Because we offer live shipping rates via USPS, International shipping will be calculated at checkout. Shipping rates are based on weight and destination location.

To give you an idea of typical shipping costs. If you live in Australia and you buy a pair of "Masterline Pro Lock Gloves" shipping would cost approx $16.95.

Radar and Ronix Products: Please note we cannot ship Radar or Ronix products outside of the United States.

Masterline Products: We can ship Masterline products anywhere, worldwide.

Misc Policies

Get A Grip Water Sports will attempt to get and keep your business by providing great quality products and personalized service. At Get A Grip Water Sports, you will never be just another customer.

Braiding colors on handles and on some of the trick and wake board ropes might not match the photo and are based on current inventory. If you would like specific colors, you should specify in the special order options section when placing the order. Special requests could cause a delay in order processing time but you would be notified and be given the option to cancel the order or switch to a color that we have in stock.
