Get A Grip Water Sports on-line store accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards through our online store. We also accept PayPal, Inc. You can learn more about PayPal by clicking here. Please note: You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to shop on this Get A Grip Water Sports. If you do not have a PayPal account and do not want to create one, during check out, simply click on "Continue" which is next to the text "Don’t have a PayPal account?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
eCommerce (Shopping Cart) Security
- Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Shopify is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure.
- Get A Grip Water Sports will ship products to anywhere in the continental United States.
- Shipping time (door-to-door) is usually 2-5 business days.
- Typical order handling time: 1 day or less.
- Special orders (i.e. custom ropes etc.) typically add 2-5 processing days to an order.
- Get A Grip Water Sports utilizes USPS, UPS, DHL and Federal Express shipping services.
- Radar/Ronix products cannot be shipped outside of the US. All other products can be shipped worldwide.
- Approximate shipping time for international orders is 6 - 10 business days. Get A Grip Water Sports cannot be responsible for delays due to Customs processing.
- All orders qualify for FREE USPS priority mail shipping to anywhere in the United States.
- International costs are calculated at checkout.
- Get A Grip Water Sports charge sales Tax in the following states: Florida (7%).
- If there is a problem with your purchase and it's our fault i.e. faulty product, wrong size, wrong product, etc... return shipping is on us, and we'll cover the cost of postage for shipping the replacement product.
- However, if you simply want to return a product because you do not want it anymore, you will have to pay for return shipping. Please make sure you include the original packing slip transaction details / order number, your current contact information, and instructions for the return.

- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. If your purchase is more than 30 days old, contact us and we'll work something out.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. e.g. we must be able to resell the product. If the product was used, it cannot be returned.
- We also suggest that when returning a product back to Get A Grip Water Sports that you get shipping tracking, we cannot offer refunds for products that we do not receive back.

- Scenario 1: You want to return the product because you do not want it anymore. In this scenario, you will be refunded the full price of the product minus any shipping costs calculated at the time of sale.
- Scenario 2: You want to return the product because we sent you a faulty/damaged product. In this scenario, you will be refunded the full price of the product plus any shipping costs calculated at the time of sale.
International Shopping Policy
- Your international shipment might be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as imposed by your country. We *do not* charge customs duties on your order, but you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, and tariffs to have your package released from customs once it arrives.
- Approximate shipping time for international orders is 6 - 10 business days
- Get A Grip Water Sports welcomes our international skiers to shop at our web store. Because we offer live shipping rates via USPS, International shipping will be calculated at checkout. Shipping rates are based on weight and destination location.
- Radar and Ronix Products: We cannot ship Radar or Ronix products outside of the United States.
- Masterline Products: We can ship Masterline products anywhere worldwide.
- Wakeye Products: We can ship Wakeye products anywhere worldwide.
- PTM Edge Products: We can ship PTM Edge products anywhere worldwide.
Attention International Shoppers: Get A Grip Water Sports has not had a good experience with USPS International Priority mail service for two reasons: 1) it typically takes 2 weeks for the products to arrive depending on to which country the package is shipped and 2) the USPS Priority mail service tracking updates are so behind that it is not worth even checking them.
However, USPS International Priority service is typically the least expensive route. We CAN ship via USPS and it will save you shipping costs, but if we go this route, please know that once the package leaves our shipping facility, we have no control on how long it will take to get to you nor can we give you good tracking information. In most cases, packages arrive in 2-3 weeks. If we ship via FedEx, DHL, or USPS Express mail service, then the arrival date is much more reliable and the tracking updates are very good. But, it usually costs 2-4 times more. So if you want something quickly, just let us know and we'll price out FedEx, DHL, and USPS Express. If you want to save money and you can wait, USPS International Priority is the way to go.
- Braiding colors on handles and on some of the trick and wakeboard ropes might not match the photo and are based on current inventory. If you would like specific colors, you should specify in the special order options section when placing the order. Special requests could cause a delay in order processing time, but you would be notified and be given the option to cancel the order or switch to a color that we have in stock.
Get A Grip Water Sports reserves the right to charge Restocking Fees in some situations:
- We cannot accept any products that have been used.
- Any product that has been opened (i.e. removed from the factory packaging, tags ripped off, etc.), we will refund 85% of item's price.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts from what was originally shipped, we will refund up to 50% of item's price.
